What is a COICounter?

COICounter is a object loader format used to store data related to Counters.

4	Int32	Minimum	The minimum value of the counter
4	Int32	Maximum	The maximum value of the counter
4	EDisplayType	Display Type	The display type of the counter
4	EFillType	Fill Type	The fill type of the counter
4	RGBA	Primary Color	The primary color of the counter
4	RGBA	Secondary Color	The secondary color of the counter, not always used
4		Unknown	Possibly flags? If 1, then Vertical Gradient is true
4	EBarDirection	Bar Direction	The bar direction of the counter
4	Int32	Width	The width of the counter
4	Int32	Height	The height of the counter
4	UInt32	Image Count	The amount of images in the next array
